Being awarded the Aon Hewitt Best Employer Award was particularly rewarding as it is the result of OES achieving consistently high levels of employee engagement scores above 80 per cent – which is more than 20 points above the industry standard. This consistency has been maintained through rapid growth with OES employee numbers increasing by 304 per cent since 2014, showcasing OES’s commitment to staff engagement. OES teams report feeling fulfilled and valued, understanding both their individual goals, as well as those of the organisation.
