The Opportunity

The Sales Coach role requires a passionate, proactive, empathetic, and resourceful member capable of facilitating a measurable difference in student enrolments.

The role has an 80/20 workload, 80% coaching and 20% operating as a back-up Team Leader to back-fill leave and absenteeism. The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative and self-management.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales leadership incorporating Sales Coaching roles for Inside Sales
  • Previous experience within a Contact Centre or telephone support context
  • Exhibits effective management skills and is able to adjust style and approach appropriately
  • Ability to reflect on practice and formulate strategies and processes to effect change
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with leaders within the team and larger organisation
  • Extensive experience and demonstrated ability to lead, support and provide feedback to enhance and develop a sales team in an evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to the development of a culture that maximises employee and student engagement
  • Excellent written communication skills and an eye for detail
  • Evidence of being a hands-on self-starter with a solution-focused attitude to problem solving
  • Demonstrated high-level computer literacy including the use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications and the demonstrated capacity to learn new programs
  • Experience with a Customer Management System (e.g. Salesforce)
